Our Story

The Center for Children's Advocacy was founded in 1997 at UConn Law School in Hartford, with a mission to protect and promote the legal rights of Connecticut’s low-income children and youth. Over the years, CCA has expanded its services to address critical issues affecting vulnerable children.

For over 25 years, CCA has improved conditions and changed lives for Connecticut's most at-risk children and youth, providing legal representation and advocating for systemic reforms.
