Our Story

Founded in 1969, the Center for Children and Families, Inc. (CCFI) began as a shelter for youth, providing a safe haven for children from birth to 18 years old. Originally known as Juvenile Services, Inc., CCFI has evolved to meet the growing needs of the community, focusing on the mission to improve the lives of children. Today, CCFI offers a range of services, including support and education for parents and caregivers, as well as programs aimed at preventing and treating child abuse and neglect.
