Our Story
Founded in 2010 by H. Kennard Bennett, the Center for At-Risk Elders (CARE) emerged from a deep commitment to protect and advocate for vulnerable seniors. With nearly three decades of experience in elder law, Bennett began offering pro bono services to families seeking guardianship for their loved ones. CARE has become a vital resource in Central Indiana, serving as the court-appointed guardian for over 550 incapacitated adults, ensuring they receive the care and protection they deserve.
