Our Story

Growing to Give was founded in April 2017 by a passionate group dedicated to cultivating organic vegetables using climate-friendly methods. The mission is to donate fresh produce to local individuals facing food insecurity through food pantries and access sites.

Impact

Since its inception, Growing to Give has donated over 104,194 pounds of organic vegetables, significantly alleviating food insecurity in the Brunswick, Maine area. The organization has quadrupled its vegetable production, expanding its reach and community involvement.
