Our Story

Cell Dogs Inc was founded to continue the pioneering work of Sister Pauline Quinn, who started teaching inmates to train shelter dogs over 30 years ago. This innovative program has now spread to over 200 facilities nationwide, officially becoming Cell Dogs in 2017. The organization focuses on rescuing, training, and placing shelter dogs while providing incarcerated individuals with essential life skills.
