Our Story

Founded in 1990 by Stanley Ratliff, Celestial Ministries Association (CMA) emerged from a personal journey of transformation. After experiencing incarceration, Ratliff dedicated his life to supporting families impacted by the incarceration system. The Angel Tree program, launched in 1993, was the first step in providing gifts to children of incarcerated parents. Over the years, CMA has expanded its reach, offering various programs that enhance the quality of life for children and families in North Lawndale and beyond.

Impact

With a commitment to community upliftment, CMA has positively impacted over 16,000 children through initiatives like Mobile Outreach, Music Theory, and Community Garden programs. These efforts connect families to vital resources and support, fostering a brighter future.
