Celebrate Nashville Cultural Festival

Our Story

In 1995, Scarritt-Bennett Center recognized a growing need for cultural understanding in Nashville. This led to the establishment of the Celebration of Cultures, an event designed to share diverse traditions through music, dance, and food. The festival's popularity grew, moving to Centennial Park in 2006 and evolving into the Celebrate Nashville Cultural Festival, which honors the rich diversity of Nashville's cultures.

Impact

The festival showcases over 50 cultures through dance, music, visual arts, and food, providing Nashvillians with an experiential opportunity to meet their neighbors and share traditions. This promotes cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
