The Cat's Voice WV, Inc. was founded in December 2019 to address the urgent need for resources dedicated to cats in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. With decades of combined experience in animal rescue, the dedicated team behind The Cat's Voice WV is committed to advocating for every cat that comes into their care, including those that are sick, injured, or in dire need.
