Healthcare for Low-Income Adults

Our Story

Founded in 1998, Loudoun Free Clinic offers essential medical care to low-income, uninsured adults in Loudoun County. Initially operating one night a week in a space provided by the Loudoun County Health Department, the clinic has grown significantly. In 2002, a generous donation of 2,800 square feet from Inova Loudoun Hospital allowed the clinic to expand its services. Today, it serves approximately 300 patients each month, impacting over 1,000 community members annually.
