Our Story

Catholic Charities of Corpus Christi, Inc. was founded in 1965 under the guidance of Most Reverend Thomas J. Drury. This organization has been dedicated to addressing homelessness, hunger, and advocating for social justice in the Diocese of Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.

Impact

Since its inception, Catholic Charities has assisted over half a million individuals, providing vital emergency aid, food assistance, and support services across 12 counties. In 2023 alone, the organization delivered 2,500 meals and distributed 1,241 toys during its Community Christmas initiative.
