Our Story

Catherine Morrill Day Nursery was established in 1916 by a dedicated group of women who recognized the need for quality care for young children. Originally starting as a nutrition campaign, it evolved into a day nursery in 1919, named in honor of a devoted volunteer. Over the years, the Nursery has transformed from a custodial care service to a nationally accredited program that promotes children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
