Founded in 2006 by Gina Amato and Carol Harvey, the Catawba Area Coalition for the Homeless (CACH) plays a crucial role in addressing homelessness in Chester, Lancaster, and York counties. By advocating for safe, affordable housing and collaborating with local agencies, CACH enhances community understanding of available resources and facilitates effective referrals.
