Catalyst Academy Charter School is a college-preparatory K-8 public charter school located in Pittsburgh, dedicated to serving families in the Hill District, Garfield, East Liberty, Larimer, Lincoln-Lemington, Homewood, and East Hills communities. Since opening in the fall of 2020, the school has been committed to providing a tuition-free education to all students, including those with special needs and English-language learners.
Recognized nationally for its exceptional COVID-19 response, Catalyst Academy was one of the few public schools in Pittsburgh to safely offer in-person learning five days a week during the 2020-2021 school year.
