Casting Carolinas is an independent 501(c)(3) organization founded in January 2015. This unique program combines fly fishing instruction with medical education and mindfulness, specifically designed for women surviving all types of cancer. By collaborating with local communities across North and South Carolina, Casting Carolinas makes retreats accessible for all survivors, offering both one-day retreats and activities for those unable to attend a three-day retreat.
