Our Story

Headquartered in Medford, Oregon, Cascade Manor Inc, also known as PRS, has been a beacon of hope for seniors since its inception in 1990. The organization began as a community initiative to address the pressing need for senior care in Southern Oregon, leading to the establishment of the Rogue Valley Manor, a recognized Continuing Care Retirement Community. Today, PRS operates over 50 organizations across six states, serving more than 5,000 seniors with quality accommodations and services.
