Founded in 1977, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) began in Seattle, Washington, when a Judge recognized the need for informed decisions regarding children in foster care. Today, CASA of the Permian Basin Area Inc. serves children across Ector, Crane, Loving, Ward, and Winkler counties, training dedicated volunteers to advocate for their best interests.
