Our Story
Founded in 2000, CASA of Baltimore County is part of a national movement initiated by Judge David Soukup in 1977. This program empowers local citizens to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the foster care system.

Each year, CASA of Baltimore County serves approximately one-third of the 600 children in foster care, ensuring they find safe, permanent homes.
