Our Story

CASA of the Northern Bluegrass Region provides trained community volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in court. Established in 2008, this organization has expanded its services across multiple counties in Northern Kentucky, ensuring that children have a voice in legal proceedings and can find safe, permanent homes. Inspired by a successful pilot program initiated in Seattle in 1977, CASA continues to grow, recently merging with the former Boone County CASA program to cover nine counties.

Impact

With over 85,000 volunteers nationwide, CASA serves more than 25,000 abused and neglected children each year. The organization has successfully advocated for numerous children, helping them secure safe and loving homes through dedicated volunteer support in court.
