The Casa de Oro Alliance, formed in 2015, is a coalition of residents, business owners, and community leaders dedicated to revitalizing the Casa de Oro neighborhood. This initiative, sparked by the Institute for Public Strategies and the East County Youth Coalition, addresses the challenges posed by high-risk businesses and aims to foster a historically rich and culturally diverse community.
