Carrying Heroes

Our Story

In August 2019, the vision for Carrying Heroes was born when two local veterans independently inquired about support programs. By February 2020, the Carrying Heroes program was launched, providing weekly sessions for veterans, first responders, and their families. Recognizing the growing need, in January 2021, Carrying Heroes became its own 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving those who serve us.

Impact

To date, Carrying Heroes has positively impacted 65 heroes and their families, with 100% reporting reduced stress levels after participating in our programs.
