Carroll’s Kitchen is a nonprofit social enterprise restaurant dedicated to providing job training and healthy employment for women overcoming crises such as addiction, homelessness, incarceration, and domestic violence. Established in 2016, this initiative honors a philanthropic couple from the early 20th century and has since transformed the lives of over 42 women through its Restorative Employment Model.
Since its inception, Carroll’s Kitchen has empowered more than 42 women, offering them a pathway to economic dignity and stability in Raleigh.
