Our Story

Founded in 1990, Carolinas Care Partnership (CCP) emerged as Charlotte’s first Ryan White Care administrator, dedicated to advocating for the rights of LGBTQ+ communities and individuals living with or at risk of HIV. Over the years, CCP has evolved its approach to address the holistic needs of the community, offering essential services such as social support, comprehensive healthcare access, housing assistance, mental health services, and substance use support. Today, CCP stands as a vital center for LGBTQ+ individuals, providing wraparound services that honor and affirm each person’s unique journey.
