Our Story

The Carole and Ronald Krist Samaritan Counseling Center began its journey in 1986, rooted in the Clear Lake area of Houston. Established by three local churches, this faith-based counseling center has grown significantly over the years. In 2002, the Center relocated to a new facility generously donated by the Krist family, expanding its reach to eleven locations across the Greater Houston and Galveston region. Today, it stands as a beacon of hope, offering renowned training programs for mental health professionals and clergy.
