CareWays Collaborative, Inc. was founded in May 2021 by a dedicated group of healthcare professionals from Boston. After completing several impactful medical trips, these doctors and nurses from Massachusetts General Brigham and Mass Eye & Ear sought to create a nonprofit that revolutionizes care in under-resourced communities. Inspired by the medical teams in their host countries, they developed a unique approach to medical care that actively engages local communities.
