The Caregiver Foundation was established in 2008 by Gary A. Powell, inspired by his experience as a caregiver for his grandfather. This organization is dedicated to providing essential services and support to seniors and disabled adults across the Hawaiian islands, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence.
