Transitioning to an independent 501(c)(3) in 2023, CareerRise builds partnerships to implement equitable workforce strategies, ensuring that residents have access to sustainable wage careers.
CareerRise has successfully convened 68 partners to discuss regional workforce updates and hosted capacity-building opportunities for over 5,500 attendees, significantly enhancing workforce alignment across five WorkSource Boards.
