Care For The Homeless

Our Story

Care For The Homeless (CFH) has been dedicated to meeting the medical, mental, and behavioral health care needs of individuals experiencing homelessness in New York City since 1985. Operating 25 health care delivery sites across Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island, CFH is committed to reducing barriers to health care access. By co-locating services at shelters, assessment centers, and soup kitchens, as well as bringing care directly to neighborhoods in need, CFH ensures that homeless New Yorkers receive high-quality health care regardless of their ability to pay.

Impact

Last year, donations helped CFH serve over 9,600 homeless men, women, and children, supporting more than 36,900 health center visits.
