After 22 years of addiction and crime, Daniel Awabdy found himself in a prison cell in 2014. In a moment of desperation, he reached for a Bible and heard God’s voice telling him he was loved. This pivotal moment ignited a profound transformation in Daniel’s life. Following his release, he joined CareCenter Ministries in Dallas, where he was discipled and completed a leadership program. Inspired by his journey, Daniel returned to his hometown of Jackson, MS, in 2019 to establish CareCenter Ministries Mississippi, dedicated to helping others find the same freedom he experienced through Christ.
