Our Story

In 1983, two compassionate women in Fort Collins recognized the transportation challenges faced by elderly friends and neighbors. They believed that with the right support, community members would step up to help. This vision led to the establishment of SAINT, initially part of the Fort Collins Office on Volunteerism. By 1994, SAINT expanded its reach to Loveland and became an independent 501(c)(3) agency in 1998, dedicated to providing personalized, door-to-door transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Impact

In 2019, SAINT volunteers provided nearly 31,000 rides, ensuring clients could access essential goods and services. In the most recent fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, over 20,000 rides were given, showcasing the organization's resilience and unwavering commitment to its mission, even amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
