About Carbon Valley Help Center

Founded in 2013, the Carbon Valley Help Center is a dedicated nonprofit organization serving the communities of Firestone, Frederick, and Dacono. Established to address the growing needs of individuals and families in the Carbon Valley region, this organization emerged from a collaboration of local human services groups and faith-based organizations. The journey began in 2008 when community leaders recognized that many residents were seeking assistance from neighboring areas. With guidance from the OUR Center in Longmont, the vision for a local support system took shape.

Our Mission

The mission of the Carbon Valley Help Center is to help individuals and families in immediate need move towards self-sufficiency. By providing essential resources and support, the organization aims to empower the community and foster resilience.

As of October 2nd, the Empty Bowls Fundraiser has raised an impressive $36,350, surpassing its goal of $30,000. This achievement highlights the community's generosity and commitment to supporting those in need.
