Our Story
Headquartered in Medford, Oregon, Capitol Lakes Foundation Inc, also known as PRS, was established in 1955 by a dedicated community group to provide care for seniors. Over the years, it has grown to manage over 50 organizations, including the Rogue Valley Manor, to better serve the community.
