Our Story

The Capital City Clauses began as a charitable initiative among friends and has grown into a dedicated nonprofit organization. Founded in 1993 by Stephen Bryant and a group of young professionals, this organization partners with local charities like the Salvation Army to provide toys and support to children in need in Wake County, North Carolina.

Impact

Over the years, the Capital City Clauses have successfully provided thousands of new toys and financial aid to need-based toy programs, positively impacting the lives of over 9,000 children who would otherwise face a holiday season without gifts.
