Founded in 2006 by Dr. Rose Madrid Swetman, Canopy Scholars addresses the educational needs of underserved students in the Shoreline community. The organization focuses on providing tutoring, mentoring, and leadership programs for bicultural and bilingual students, particularly those who are the first in their families to navigate the U.S. school system.
