Our Story

The Cancer Wellness Center was founded in 1989 by three friends in Skokie, Illinois, who aimed to create a reliable source of information and support for cancer survivors. Starting with a simple telephone hotline and three support groups, the Center has grown significantly and now operates from its location in Northbrook, offering a wide range of services.

Impact

Each year, the Center serves over 1,800 community members, providing free counseling, support groups, and health and nutrition programs to those affected by cancer.
