The Cancer Survivors Park Alliance (CSPA) was founded in 1999 with a vision to transform the experience of living with cancer. Originally known as Patients First, this 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization has been a leader in patient advocacy, educational programming, and community engagement. The Cancer Survivors Park, which opened on June 2, 2018, serves as a sanctuary for those affected by cancer, providing a space for healing, learning, and celebration.
