Our Story

The Cancer Genomics Consortium was established in August 2009 by a dedicated group of clinical cytogeneticists, molecular geneticists, and molecular pathologists committed to enhancing education and promoting best practices in clinical cancer genomics.

The CCGA is a global collaborative initiative that provides essential clinical context-based knowledge for gene- and chromosome-level abnormalities in cancer. It features publicly available online resources and genetic evidence aligned with the WHO Classification of Tumours.
