Our Story

Bill and Dana Darrough's vision for Camp Timberline began over 25 years ago during a late-night conversation about creating a youth ministry that intertwined God, mountain adventure, and sports. In 1996, this dream became a reality with the purchase of Camp T property, welcoming its first campers in 1997. Since then, Camp Timberline has grown from 250 campers to nearly 2000 each summer, drawing youth from across the United States and beyond to experience the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and deepen their faith in Jesus Christ.

Impact

Over the past 27 years, Camp Timberline has transformed into a sacred space where children are KNOWN and LOVED. This piece of heaven on earth allows youth to unplug from the chaos of the world and find PEACE in nature. Campers leave with a renewed spirit, equipped to handle life's challenges and celebrate its joys, all while growing in their relationship with God.
