Camp Onseyawa was established in 1955, inspired by a little girl named Gail Rietman who dreamed of attending camp despite her disability. With the support of 19 Rotary Clubs across four counties in New York State, the camp provides a true outdoor living experience for children aged 8-16 with various disabilities, at no cost to their families.
Since its inception, Camp Onseyawa has empowered hundreds of campers, enhancing their self-confidence and fostering meaningful relationships through tailored recreational and educational activities.
