Founded in 1931, Camp Laurelwood began as a day camp inspired by a Jewish camp in Massachusetts. Relocating to North Madison, Connecticut, in 1936, it evolved into a premier overnight camp dedicated to offering Jewish children a memorable summer experience. With a strong foundation built on community support and volunteer efforts, Camp Laurelwood has become a cherished institution for families.
