Our Story

Founded during the Great Depression, Camp Bauercrest was established by dedicated volunteers from the YMHA and JCC. Named after Ralph S. Bauer, who generously sold his property for the camp's creation in 1931, it has been a cherished summer destination for young boys, promoting friendship and outdoor activities.

For over 90 years, Camp Bauercrest has empowered campers to grow into confident adults, instilling Jewish values and fostering a strong sense of community.
