Our Story

Founded in 2002, California Youth Services began with the Juvenile Alcohol & Drug Education (JADE) Program, aimed at providing essential substance abuse education and diversion for adolescents and their families. Over the years, CYS has expanded its reach, collaborating with school districts and local law enforcement to enhance community support. In 2010, a full-service counseling facility was established, offering mental health services to individuals of all ages. Today, CYS serves over 5,000 individuals annually from its offices in Laguna Hills and Tustin, making a significant impact across Orange County.
