Our Story

The California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC) was founded in 1996 amidst rising anti-immigrant sentiment. Since then, CIPC has been at the forefront of advocating for a progressive immigrant justice agenda, successfully passing 30 pro-immigrant laws in the last five years.
