EIN: 68-0435371 · Sacramento, CA
Our Story
Founded 25 years ago by members of the Western Plant Health Association, the California Fertilizer Foundation was established to address the growing disconnect between children and their food sources. The vision was to create a grants program that would enable schools to develop their own gardens, fostering a deeper understanding of agriculture.
Impact
Since its inception in 1999, CFF has donated over $500,000 to more than 450 schools, aiming to establish a school garden in every California school.
