The Glowmedia Project

Our Story

The Glowmedia Project was founded in response to alarming statistics surrounding adolescent mental health. With nearly a third of teens suffering from anxiety disorders and 95% of individuals with eating disorders being between the ages of 12 and 25, the need for mental health education is urgent. After the tragic loss of her son, Charlie, to an Oxycontin overdose, the founder recognized the critical importance of providing support and resources for young people.

Over the past 10 years, the Glowmedia Project has produced 8 films that have reached over 2 million students nationwide, empowering them to understand and address their mental health challenges.
