Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU) was founded in 1993 by visionary business leaders in partnership with The Cleveland Foundation, The George Gund Foundation, and United Way of Greater Cleveland. This organization serves as a vital link between businesses and nonprofits, fostering collaboration to enhance community strength in Northeast Ohio.

Our Impact

Each year, BVU connects over 800 nonprofits with skilled volunteers and board members, significantly boosting their capacity to serve the community effectively. Through board matching and training programs, BVU enhances nonprofit governance and sustainability.
