Established in 1967, the Burlington Housing Authority (BHA) provides safe, affordable housing for families, seniors, and disabled individuals in Burlington, North Carolina. The Burlington Development Corporation (BDC), formed in 1982, plays a crucial role in developing, financing, and operating low-income housing while offering supportive services to help residents achieve academic success and economic self-sufficiency.
