Our Story
The Burlington Community Action Partnership, Inc. (BCAP) was established in 1965 as a response to the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. This private, 501(c)(3) non-profit social service agency is committed to reducing the effects of poverty in Burlington County. Governed by a diverse 27-member Board of Trustees, BCAP focuses on promoting self-sufficiency among low-income individuals and families through a variety of essential programs and services.
