Building Pathways

Our Story

Building Pathways is a Boston-based nonprofit founded by the Greater Boston Building Trades Unions. The organization is dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and advancing under-represented groups in the union building trades, including women and people of color. By addressing disparities in apprenticeship opportunities, Building Pathways has evolved to offer various programs that increase diversity in the workforce.
