Our Story

Building Equity, Aspiration, Resilience (B.E.A.R.) was founded in 2019 by Navid and Stephenie, who recognized the urgent need for individualized attention and culturally relevant instruction in arts education. Emerging during a time of heightened awareness of systemic inequality, B.E.A.R. aims to provide equitable access to creative arts for youth in Los Angeles.
