Build A Miracle

Our Story

Build A Miracle was founded in 2001, but its roots trace back to 1985 when Chris and Julianne North witnessed the dire poverty in Tecate, Mexico. Inspired to make a difference, they committed to building one home per year for families in need. This grassroots organization has since evolved, empowering thousands to break the cycle of poverty through home building, education, and community support.

Impact

Since its inception, Build A Miracle has constructed over 500 homes and provided more than 540 educational scholarships. The BAM Community Center serves as a hub for over 3,000 children and adults weekly, offering vital resources and educational opportunities.
